The way it works

Once we’ve arranged a free consultation I begin my fact-finding mission and aim to visit your premises as a customer to observe your business.

Consultations might take place face-to-face or by video call depending on your needs and location.

During the consultation I will listen to you to learn more about your business and your overall goals. I’ll find out more about the customer experience from your point of view as well as the needs of your business.

What you get from a disability inclusion consultation

At the end of our conversation you will come away with tips on how to quickly and inexpensively tackle some easy-to-remove barriers. For example, making adjustments to the layout or type of furnishings in customer areas.

Within a week to 10 days of the consultation you will receive a tailored proposal of next steps to take that will enhance your business further. This may include a full business audit and specialised coaching and training packages.

I am always clear about the anticipated costs of next steps so that you are able to make an informed decision about what to do next.

What it costs

Our first consultation is free. It includes the research I do into your business as well as an in-person meeting of around 30 minutes.

The only cost may be a reimbursement of my travel costs if needed for us to meet. This will be discussed when arranging the consultation.

Constructive Change Together

Sometimes it can be difficult to navigate the field of disability inclusion alone. When you work with me I bring together voices from a wide variety of perspectives.

I work with disabled people as partners to collaborate on identifying areas of positive change. We have a keen focus on using an open, positive and respectful approach when working with clients.
