Work With Me
I provide knowledge and practical suggestions on improving access to work, health and recreation for all employees and clients.
This includes specialised and bespoke training as well as consultancy and coaching for employers and professional teams in a range of settings such as care homes as well as public venues and exhibits.
The services I offer can often be adapted for family, friends and carers who are supporting individuals facing barriers to social and professional support.

Training
Courses are based on lived experience and research into best practice. Rachel, our course leader, is profoundly deaf and has years of experience working in different sectors such as health and social care, leisure, education and the arts. Specialised training for employers and their employees helps to improve access to work and overall company performance.
Consultancy
I provide support to employers on making their places, products and services more accessible for their employees and customers. This helps businesses increase profits by gaining loyal customers and employees.
I have recently introduced consultancy services tailored to the hotel industry. Read my blog post about the benefits for your hotel or get in touch via WhatsApp on 07379 433 707 to talk about how we can work together.
Talks and Public Speaking
I am available to deliver expert talks at conferences events that promote , inclusion, choice, independence and wellbeing. Contact me to discuss working together.
Coaching and Problem Solving
I coach disabled individuals enabling them to thrive at work and home. Individuals choose their own topics and solutions. I guide them with questions to explore options and honed down what is right for them.
I also provide support to leaders on navigating the complex world of accessibility and inclusion. I am particularly interested in supporting leaders who are keen to be inclusive but do not know where to start.
