Who is this training for?
If you’ve recently noticed changes in your hearing
Whether you’re newly diagnosed with hearing loss or just beginning to find conversations harder to follow, this course can help you make sense of what’s happening and give you tools to feel more in control.
These friendly, face-to-face sessions guided by someone who really understands will help you get back to feeling more confident.
Working professionals
If meetings, video calls, or office conversations are hard to follow—even with hearing aids—it can feel like an uphill struggle. This course can help reduce listening fatigue and build your confidence at work.
You’ll learn practical lipreading skills and communication strategies that make everyday interactions easier, all in a relaxed and supportive environment.
Learn from someone who’s been there and understands the unique challenges the workplace can bring to those with hearing loss.
If you’re supporting a loved one with hearing loss
Improve your communication and deepen your connection with your loved ones.
Missed cues and miscommunication can cause frustrations in relationships. Gaining lipreading skills together can help improve communication and give a better understanding of what someone with hearing loss is going through.
This course is also for loved ones—confident communication is a team effort.
