My experience with inclusion
As someone with severe/profound hearing loss, I know how hard it can be to feel included. But I’ve also seen how simple changes can make a huge difference.
In my leadership roles, I worked to create inclusive workplaces making sure staff and customers of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds felt valued. The impacts were moving. For example, I still remember care home residents telling me they felt like they were living again because they were finally heard.
This passion led me to create Living 4 Moments, where I help businesses build inclusive environments that benefit both people and profits.
